At the Blizzard Gear Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your legendary loot. If your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
